All mailings are shipped through USPS.

Delivery times are estimates only and are outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, holidays, natural disasters, postal disruptions, or incorrect addresses provided by customers.

If your mailing has not arrived, please allow an additional 25 days beyond the estimated delivery timeframe before contacting us.

Lost Mail

We will gladly make reasonable efforts to replace eligible mailings whenever possible.

Replacement mailings are subject to product availability and may be substituted with comparable items when necessary.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Additional postage charges may apply for orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Subscription Cancellations

Customers are responsible for canceling subscriptions before the next renewal date.

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles and do not automatically generate refunds for previously processed payments.
